How FeedbackPulse works

FeedbackPulse is a feedback and roadmap board tool. You create boards, your users post feature requests and vote on them, and you manage the status of each request through your roadmap.

1. Create a board

After signing in, go to Boards and create a board (e.g. "Feature Requests" or "Bug Reports"). Each board gets a public link at /b/your-board that you can share with your users — no login required to view or vote.

2. Users post and vote

Anyone with the public link can post a feature request or bug report and upvote existing ones. The most-voted posts rise to the top, giving you a demand-prioritized backlog.

3. Manage roadmap statuses

As a board admin, set the status of each post so users can follow progress:

4. Invite your team

Go to Members and invite teammates by email. They join automatically when they sign in. Assign Admin or Member roles. Owners can rename the workspace and manage billing.

Public vs. private

Every board has two views: a public read-only view (/b/slug) and a full admin view (/app/b/slug) behind login. Share the public link for open feedback; use the admin view to manage posts and statuses.

Plans

Free: up to 25 posts per workspace, 3 boards, unlimited members. Pro ($19/mo flat): unlimited posts, boards, votes, and members — no per-seat fees. Upgrade from Settings.
